South African Rose Wines
With a winemaking history dating back 350 years, heavily influenced by the European
settlers who first brought the grapes there, it is perhaps not a surprise that
of all New World wine producing countries, South Africa is often described as
the one that produces the most European ‘style’ wines.
Slightly off dry deep salmon pink Rosé made using a combination of Pinotage,
Merlot, Cinsault and Shiraz grapes.
